Younivi is based in New Zealand. This policy addresses the Privacy Act 2020. GDP offers no accounts, logins, comments or user profiles.
The static site files do not themselves collect names, email addresses or account data. Hosting generates ordinary server logs such as IP address, user agent, time and requested path. These support site operation, not a Younivi marketing profile.
Google AdSense loads on each page and may set cookies or use similar technologies. The publisher identifier is ca-pub-6557770900386479, also listed in ads.txt.
Theme and language choices are saved in your browser's local storage for later visits. The preference code does not send the saved values to Younivi. A language-specific page address also identifies the language requested, like any requested path in server logs.
Google and its advertising partners may use cookies or device identifiers to select and measure ads. We do not control those cookies or receive the personal information they collect. Google explains its use of data from sites using its services. You can manage personalised advertising through your Google account or industry opt-out pages. Blocking or clearing cookies may change ads but not the published figures.
We do not operate a visitor database. The host retains server logs for its operational period; we do not use them to identify individuals. Hosting and advertising providers may process data outside New Zealand, including in the United States, under their own safeguards. There is no reader account record to delete.
This statistics reference is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Under the Privacy Act 2020 you may ask whether we hold personal information about you, request access and request a correction. Use the contact page. You may also complain to New Zealand's Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.
We may update this policy as the site changes. The revision date appears below. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised policy.
